摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to suck and discharge a reaction liquid in a magnetic separation process as the amount of the reaction liquid is very small in the analysis of a sample derived from a living body, included in the magnetic separation process; especially, the influence of background light-emission by an undischarged labeled substance cannot be neglected on analytical data by relatively increasing the residual amount of the reaction liquid after sucking and discharging to the amount of the reaction liquid when the amount of the reaction liquid is 150 micro liters or less; and therefore, it is difficult to achieve a very small amount of the reaction liquid while maintaining sensitivity.SOLUTION: An automatic analysis device including means for increasing the amount of a reaction liquid in a reaction vessel is provided before a reaction liquid discharge step in a magnetic separation process. It is easy to perform sucking and discharging even when the amount of the original reaction liquid is very small since the volume and the liquid height occupied by the reaction liquid in the reaction vessel is increased by increasing the amount of the reaction liquid in the reaction vessel before the reaction liquid is discharged.
