PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage system and a heat storage operation system capable of reducing power consumption at a time of a heat storage operation for storing heat in a heat storage material.SOLUTION: A heat storage system includes: heat storage materials 11 storing therein cold; a heat storage tank 21 accommodating therein the heat storage materials 11, and storing therein cold water Wa; a refrigerator 2 cooling the cold water Wa; a cooling-side pump 51 circulating the cold water Wa between the heat storage tank 21 and the refrigerator 2; and an ECU 80 controlling the refrigerator 2 and the cooling-side pump 51 to execute a heat storage operation so as to cool the cold water Wa stored in the heat storage tank 21 and for storing the cold in the heat storage materials 11. The ECU 80 sets a water temperature of the cold water Wa flowing from the refrigerator 2 into the heat storage tank 21 and output from the cooling-side pump 51 while referring to data that shows a relation among the water temperature of the cold water Wa flowing from the refrigerator 2 into the heat storage tank 21, the output from the cooling-side pump 51, and heat storage time for driving the refrigerator 2 and the cooling-side pump 51 on the basis of the heat storage time, and controls the refrigerator 2 and the cooling-side pump 51 to execute the heat storage operation. |
