The purpose of the invention is to provide an aqueous dispersion-type adhesive composition for a transparent conductive layer, the composition having a corrosion-inhibiting effect on transparent conductive thin films and various other adherends, particularly a corrosion-inhibiting effect in high-temperature, humid environments, and capable of forming an adhesive layer for a transparent conductive layer capable of manifesting excellent optical properties. The invention is an aqueous dispersion-type adhesive composition for a transparent conductive layer, containing a (meth)acrylic polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer component containing an alkyl (meth)acrylate having an alkyl group having 4-14 carbon atoms in the presence of a surfactant; wherein the surfactant is a reactive surfactant containing three or fewer oxyalkylene repeating units and/or a reactive surfactant free of oxyalkylene repeating units.
