PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of efficiently producing an under cover for a vehicle made of a resin foam at a low cost.SOLUTION: The inside of a molding cavity 78 formed between a first die 34 and a second die 32 is injected and filled with a foamable resin material in a molten state, an unfoamed skin layer 22 is formed on the surface of the foamable resin material by the contact of the foamable resin material with the first die 34 and the second die 32, and thereafter, core back of separating the first die 34 and the second die 32 in such a manner that the volume of the molding cavity 78 is increase is performed, thus the foamable resin material 10 at the inside of the skin layer 22 is foamed to mold a resin foam 10. |
