A wind power generation device comprises: a hub; a rotating shaft configured so as to rotate together with the hub; a front bearing for pivotably supporting the rotating shaft; a rear bearing for pivotably supporting the rotating shaft, the rear bearing being provided to a position separated farther from the hub than the front bearing; a driven unit provided between the front bearing and the rear bearing and configured so as to be driven by the rotating shaft; and an auxiliary bearing provided between the front bearing and the driven unit. The auxiliary bearing is configured so as to not support a load from the rotating shaft while the rear bearing is attached to the rotating shaft, and to assist the front bearing to pivotably support the rotating shaft when the rear bearing has been removed from the rotating shaft.
