The displacement absorption member (5) is provided with a flow path resistance reduction means (16, 36) for reducing a flow path resistance of the coolant in the coolant flow path (F) such that a pressure loss in the coolant flow path (F) is reduced while maintaining the spring characteristics of the displacement absorption member (5).
