A combined hot water supply and air-conditioning device is provided which enables stable supply of heat source even in a case where the outside air temperature is high such as in summertime. In heating operation, a combined hot water supply and air-conditioning device 100 controls the capacity of a heat source unit-side heat exchanger 103 equipped to a heat source unit A to thereby achieve a balance between the load of the heat source unit A, and the total load of indoor units B and a hot water supply unit.
