<p>Provided is a method for manufacturing a cold rolled stainless steel sheet without using hot rolling annealing and pickling line, including the steps of generating cracks on a scale of a hot rolled stainless steel sheet; spraying high-pressurized water containing sludge onto the scale formed with the cracks to remove the scale; rolling the remaining scale which is not removed by spraying the high-pressurized water; and cold rolling the hot rolled steel sheet which is subjected to the roll. Therefore, since the hot rolling annealing and pickling line are omitted, environmental pollution is prevented. Since the length of the equipment is short and a descaling process having the good descaling ability is performed just before the cold rolling, the descaling process and the cold rolling process can be performed to improve the productivity and ensure the quality.</p> |
