The present invention relates to a thermostable acryl copolymer, a resin composition including the same, a method for preparing the same and an optical film including the same. The acryl copolymer comprises: 50 to 94 parts by weight of a derivative derived from an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer; 1 to 9 parts by weight of a derivative derived from a monomer including a cyclic pendant structure; and 5 to 41 part by weight of a derivative derived from a tert-butyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer.
