A belt locking device capable of locking the withdrawal of a belt includes a base plate (410), a rotating member (420) which is rotationally supported on the base plate, and an elastic member (430) which gives pressure to the rotating member. The base plate (410) includes a slit (411) for passing and inserting the belt and a fixed fraction part (412,413) which is located near the slit. The rotating member (420) includes a movable friction part (422A). The movable friction part is pushed to the slit and the fixed friction part (412,413) by pressing the rotating member by the elastic member (430). The belt (380) withdrawn from the rear of the base plate (410) through the slit (411) is inserted between the movable friction part (422A) and the fixed friction part (412,413) and is locked. The locking of the belt (380) is released by rotating the rotating member (420) against the pressure of the elastic member (430) and moving the movable friction part (422A) to be separated from the slit (411) and the fixed friction part (412,413). |
