The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device and a driving method thereof. The OELD display device comprises first and second driving switching elements connected in series together with a light emitting element between first and second source voltage supply lines and having gates connected to each other; and a sensing switching element forming a current path between the gate and a drain of the first driving switching element in response to a sensing signal, wherein, during a sensing period of a threshold voltage of the first driving switching element, after a reference voltage is applied to the gate of the first driving switching element, the gate of the first driving switching element is floated and the sensing switching element is subsequently turned on in response to the sensing signal, whereby the second driving switching element is turned off and the threshold voltage of the first driving switching element is stored in the gate of the first driving switching element. |
