The present invention relates to a phase shift circuit and a power factor correction circuit including the same. According to the present invention, the present invention includes a switch circuit part which charges and discharges a capacitor by switch devices and compares the voltage of the capacitor with a preset reference voltage, and a clock generation part which generates a reference clock signal based on the output of the switch circuit part. The switch circuit part turns on or off the switch devices based on the current of an inductor included in the main circuit and the sub circuit of the power factor correction circuit, respectively. Therefore, the voltage polarity of the capacitor is determined.
