The present invention is characterized by including a rotary plate where a heated wheel or gear is seated on the top; a rotary unit rotating the rotary plate; a torch installed on the side of the rotary plate and heating the wheel or gear; and a tilting unit vertically tilting the torch. The present invention repairs the wheel and gear by automatically heating as the rotary plate rotating the wheel and gear, the rotary unit, and the tilting unit tilting the torch are installed. Therefore, the present invention can evenly heat the entire part of the wheel and gear, thereby having an effect of smoothly repairing the wheel and gear.
