The present invention is applied to a training facility, specifically, to improve visibility of lines marked on a playing field track, a foot volleyball court, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, a badminton court, a volleyball court, or a handball court used as training facilities at night by lighting, to prevent slips due to humidity, and to maintain the visibility although users use the tracks and courts for a long period of time. Accordingly, a line layer of a predetermined thickness is formed by mixing urethane paint for forming a marking line of a training facility in a mixed state of a base agent and a curing agent at the ratio of 2:1 with pearl particles, stirring the mixture, and forming a marking line with the mixture, wherein the pearl particles are glittery pigments belonged to transition elements with wavelengths which make human bodies recognize glitter as fluorescent substances. Before the formed line layer is completely cured, beads of a transparent substance are sprayed onto the upper surface of the line layer. Since the specific gravity of the pearl particles mixed in the urethane paint is lower than that of the urethane paint, the beads of the transparent substance float to the upper layer of the pear particles while the urethane paint is cured, such that the beads conduct retro-reflection to reflect the pearl particles, thereby improving reflection efficiency. |
