A helmet having a helmet body for protecting the head of a user; and a face guard for protecting the face of a user. The face guard is moveable between an open position relative to the helmet body to allow a user to fit the helmet over their head and a closed position where the face guard is in position relative to the helmet body to protect the face of the user. The helmet also a resiliently stretchable tether between the face guard and the helmet body to hold the face guard in the closed position. |
