<p>A pixel circuit for an organic light emitting display includes a first MOS transistor, a second MOS transistor, a third MOS transistor, a fourth MOS transistor, a fifth MOS transistor, a sixth MOS transistor, a first capacitor and an organic light emitting diode. In a initialization stage, the sixth MOS transistor is turned on, and a reference voltage is transmitted to the gate electrode of the second MOS transistor; in a data-writing stage, the first MOS transistor is turned on and a data signal is transmitted to the first terminal of the first capacitor, the fourth MOS transistor is turned on and the other MOS transistors are turned off; in a light emitting stage, the fifth MOS transistor is turned on and the voltage across the first capacitor is reset, the third MOS transistor is turned on and a drive current is generated.</p> |
