A human body security inspection apparatus includes a human body security inspection device 1 to scan a human 2 e.g. using x-ray backscatter or millimetre waves, in order to inspect whether the human carries prohibited articles. A sensor 3, acquires information e.g. posture and/or position of the human, in real-time so as to determine whether the information conforms to requirements of the human body security inspection device. A data processing device 4 communicates with the human body security inspection device and the sensor, in order to analyse in real-time and process the information of the human to be inspected. The sensor can operate prior to and during the scan to ensure the human maintains the correct posture and/or position. If the posture and/or position is incorrect or changes during the scan, the inspection can be stopped and the human can be instructed to correct their posture and/or position before the scan is started again. The apparatus can be wired 5/6 or wirelessly connected. The apparatus can further comprise display 7, voice 8 or alert 9 devices. |
