<p>The present invention provides a power storage device and a power storage system capable of performing calculation of a battery capacity or correction of an SOC value together with a fluctuation suppression function of supply power at the same time so as to prevent a facility from becoming a large scale. The power storage device includes a DC/DC converter (12) that has a terminal for discharging (TA) and a terminal for charging (TB) and boosts a voltage of direct current power supplied from the terminal for discharging to output the voltage from the terminal for charging; a plurality of switching means (S1 to S4) for switching connection between a first connection terminal (T1) that is electrically connected to the outside, a second connection terminal (T2) that is electrically connected to the terminal for discharging (TA), and a third connection terminal (T3) that is electrically connected to the terminal for charging (TB) and storage batteries (4 to 7); and a control unit (11) for controlling operation of the DC/DC converter (12) and the switching means (S1 to S4). The control means (11) controls the DC/DC converter (12) so as to perform charging and discharging between storage batteries connected to the terminal for discharging (TA) through the switching means (S1 to S4) and storage batteries connected to the terminal for charging (TB) through the switching means (S1 to S4).</p> |
