<p>The present invention relates to a hub device that distributes a load of a small cell digital unit to a macro cell digital unit in heterogeneous networks, including an offloading control unit that determines a first small cell, which is an offloading target, among a plurality of small cells based on loads of a macro cell digital unit and a small cell digital unit, determines a first digital unit that processes a load of the first small cell among at least one macro cell digital unit, and generates a first control signal for request for connection between a small output radio unit of the first small cell and the first digital unit; an antenna, one side of which is disposed in a macro cell; and a path change unit that is connected to each small output radio unit disposed in each small cell, has the other side connected to each of the macro cell digital unit and the small cell digital unit, constitutes a path connecting the one side with the other one side, and changes a digital unit to which the small output radio unit is connected based on the first control signal.</p> |
