The present invention relates to a heat shrinkable stacked film and a heat shrinkable label using the same as a base material. More specifically, the heat shrinkable stacked film not only has excellent basic properties such as heat resistance, print characteristics, solvent adhesion characteristics, shrinkage uniformity, and elongation processability and also exhibits matt effects when being printed, so that standing stability and price competitiveness can be ensured. To this end, the heat shrinkable stacked film according to the present invention consists of a two-layered structure having a surface layer (S layer) and a middle layer (M layer) or a three-layered structure having a surface layer (S layer), a middle layer (M layer), and another surface layer (S layer). The surface layer (S layer) consists of a copolymer polyester resin composition which is obtained by containing particles in a polyester resin and adjusts the gloss of the film so as to exhibit matt effects when being printed.
