The present invention relates to an eco-friendly scouring agent prepared by considering environmental issues of the existing eco-friendly scouring agents for fiber. Various compounds to be inserted into a fiber process are removed through a scouring process and the quality of a dye process is determined according to the scoured degree of the scoring process. A thickening agent or other emulsions, which are left without being scoured cause uneven dyeing in a dyeing process and thus reduce the quality of a product. The reduced quality of the product leads to a producer′s loss. Therefore, the role of the scouring agent is remarkably important in a pre-treatment fiber process. However, the importance of substitution material of the existing nonylphenol (NP)-based ethylene oxide (EO) additions has arisen due to environmental problems and environmental hormones. In order to solve the existing problems, the present inventor develops the novel eco-friendly scouring agent having remarkable performance equivalent to the existing nonylphenol (NP)-based ethylene oxide (EO) additions that have been used.
