The method for controlling a monitor using a joystick, according to an embodiment of the present invention, is a method for controlling an internal monitor in a cockpit using a joystick used in controlling external operation devices, which includes an operation determination step of determining whether a worker is conducting an operation in a cockpit; a step of switching a joystick to an external operation mode for controlling external operation devices when the worker is determined to be conducting an operation in the operation deciding step; and a step of switching the joystick to an internal monitor manipulation mode when the worker is determined to not conduct an operation in the operation deciding step. It is easy for the worker to use the monitor without changing his or her posture as the worker can use the monitor in the cockpit with a joystick used in controlling external operation devices. |
