The present invention relates to a method for detecting Acidovorax citrulli, which is a bacterial pathogen of watermelon from leaves, stem, and seeds of the watermelon comprising the following steps: producing AC158F and AC158R primer sets from a specific DNA fragment of a YD repeat protein gene; amplifying a DNA fragment of Acidovorax citrulli in a sample using the AC158F and AC158R primer sets; and checking the amplification result. |
