The present invention relates to a computer system remote control method using a mobile device voice technology and a wireless communication method configured to include a mobile device, a server, and a PC server. In the mobile device, an application capable of voice/text recognition is realized so that voice input through server TTS and STT is converted into text and text input through server TTS and STT is converted into voice during command voice/text input for transmission to and check in the mobile device, the checked command is transmitted to the PC server for analysis in the PC server, the analyzed command is divided into a command to be transmitted to the server and execution information, the server transmission command is transmitted to the server for a relevant value to return to the PC server, and the server data transmitted to the PC server is transmitted to the mobile server for voice/text output.
