An embodiment of the present invention relates to a flexible display device which comprises a substrate including an adhesive layer on one side and having insulation properties and flexibility; a support layer formed to be connected to the substrate via the adhesive layer; a buffer layer formed on the entire surface of the support layer; a shielding layer formed on the buffer layer; a rear surface insulating layer formed on the entire surface of the buffer layer to cover the shielding layer; and a cell array formed on the rear surface insulating layer, defining a plurality of pixel regions, and including a ground wire connected to a ground power supply of an external circuit, wherein a light emitting array emits light to a sealing layer side and the ground wire is connected to the shielding layer by penetrating at least a portion of the cell array and the rear surface insulating layer via a contact hole to expose a portion of the shielding layer.
