The present invention provides an organic light emitting diode display device which includes a substrate; an oxide semiconductor layer on the upper part of the substrate; a planarization layer on the upper part of the oxide semiconductor layer; a light emitting diode on the upper part of the planarization layer; a passivation layer on the upper part of the light emitting diode; and a hydrogen barrier layer which is arranged between the planarization layer and the passivation layer, and prevents the hydrogen from diffusing into the oxide semiconductor layer from the passivation layer.
