The present invention relates to an electrode active material composite, an electrode, and a lithium secondary battery including the same and, more specifically, to an electrode active material composite which includes a core portion including an electrode active material, and a shell portion formed on the core portion while including a siloxane compound; an electrode, and a lithium secondary battery including the same. The electrode active material composite additionally includes nanoscaled lithium metal in the shell portion.
