The present invention relates to a flexible multilayer foil laminate and a method for manufacturing the flexible multilayer foil laminate and, more specifically, to a flexible multilayer foil laminate and a method for manufacturing the flexible multilayer foil laminate in which the light transmittance of a polyimide laminate film is improved after removing the foil as each polyimide mixed layer is formed by using a multi-coating method when a multilayer polyimide film is manufactured on the surface of the foil to which roughening particles of predetermined surface roughness values (Rz, Ra) below a predetermined size are attached and as light reflection on the polyimide surface and light reflection generated on the interface of a polyimide interlayer in the multilayer polyimide film are reduced.
