1. A light emitting device comprising:
a light emitting structure including a first conductive semiconductor layer, an active layer and a second conductive semiconductor layer; a first electrode disposed on the first conductive semiconductor layer; an ohmic layer disposed on the second conductive semiconductor layer; a reflective electrode disposed on the ohmic layer; a channel layer disposed on the light emitting structure and surrounding the ohmic layer and the reflective electrode; and a support substrate connected to the channel layer through an adhesive layer, wherein the ohmic layer is separated into at least two unit ohmic layers and the reflective electrode is provided on each unit ohmic layer, and wherein the channel layer directly contacts the light emitting structure in a region disposed between adjacent unit ohmic layers.
