The present invention relates to an exhaust duct combination device of a gas turbine for an offshore plant and, more specifically, to an exhaust duct combination device of a gas turbine for an offshore plant which installs a guide bar on a supporter to be located at the front and rear of a transition piece and installs a roller rolling along the guide bar in the front and rear of the transition piece, so as to push the transition piece composing the lower part of the exhaust duct along the guide bar in the side direction and hang up a rotor to the upper part of the gas turbine to replace the rotor, when the rotor of the gas turbine needs to be replaced. |
