PURPOSE: A UV-curable resin composition and an adhesive including the same are provided to suppress bubble generation and to reduce yellowing phenomenon, thereby improving transparency, impact resistance, and weatherability and to be used for attaching a glass substrate. CONSTITUTION: A UV-curable resin composition includes 10-50 wt% of carbodiimide-based and urethane acrylic acid-based hybrid oligomer; 10-50 wt% of tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate; 10-50 wt% of isobutyl acrylate; 3-30 wt% of 2-hydroxy ethyl acrylate; and 0.1-1 wt% of an additive. The carbodiimide-based and urethane acrylic acid-based oligomer has a number average molecular weight of 400-10,000 g/mol and includes 1-10 carbodiimide groups in a molecule.
