PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope which effectively dissipates heat generated in a tip portion and secures electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) by preventing emission of electromagnetic wave generated from an imaging device.SOLUTION: An electronic endoscope 1 includes: an insertion portion 2 with a tip portion 11; an imaging unit 30 provided to the tip portion 11 and having solid-state imaging devices 42, 45 and electronic parts 43, 46; a metal shield frame 48 provided to the imaging unit 30 and covering the solid-state imaging devices 42, 45 and the electronic parts 43, 46; and heat dissipation members 61, 62, 63 provided in the insertion portion 2, connected to the metal shield frame 48, transferring and dissipating heat of the imaging unit 30 to the proximate end side of the insertion portion 2, and set to a length L which does not coincide with a node and antinode of a wavelength of a drive frequency of the solid-state imaging device 42, 45. |
