PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information equipment with an equipment nameplate, a system, a device and a method capable of, when a work such as the maintenance of information equipment occurs, visually and easily confirming the nameplate of the information equipment, and mechanically reading the information of the nameplate to surely specify the equipment.SOLUTION: An equipment nameplate device is installed in information equipment, and the equipment nameplate device includes: a sheet member; and a sheet guide member, and the sheet member given the solid information of the information equipment includes: a sheet part exposed to the front and/or back of the information equipment; a tab part formed in a part of the sheet part; and a stopper part for preventing the sheet member from being detached from the guide part of the sheet guide member, and the sheet guide member is configured to guide the sheet to the front and/or back of the information equipment. |
