The invention relates to compounds with the formula (I), in a basic state or as an acid addition saltwhere n is equal to 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4; m is equal to 0, 1 or 2; o is equal to 0 or 1; X is a -CH, -CH(R')-, -NH(R')- group or a heteroatom selected from among O and S, where R' is a -(C-C)alkyl, -(C-C)alcoxy, -CH-phenyl, -C(O)Ror -COORgroup, wherein Ris as defined herein; Ris an oxo or -COORgroup, wherein Ris as defined herein; Ris an H atom or a group selected from among the following groups: -(C-C)alkyl, -(C-C)alcoxy, -COOR, -NRR, -C(O)NRR, -SO-NRR, heteroaryl optionally substituted by a -(C-C)alkyl group, -W-phenyl, -W-heteroaryl, -O-W-phenyl and -O-W-heteroaryl, where W, R, R, Rand Rare as defined herein, provided that Rand R, which may be identical or different, (i) independently from one another are an H atom, a -(C-C)alkyl, -(C-C)cycloalkyl, phenyl, heteroaryl, -CH-heteroaryl or -W-OH; or (ii) together with the nitrogen atom that carries them, jointly form a heterocycloalkyl group, optionally substituted by one or more groups selected from among the -(C-C)alkyl and -CH-phenyl groups; W is a -(C-C)alkylene group, optionally substituted by one or more hydroxy groups; Rand R, which may be identical or different, independently from one another are a hydrogen atom or groups selected among the -(C-C)alkyl groups and the -(C-C)cycloalkyl groups, wherein heteroaryl is selected from furanyl, oxadiazolyl and pyridinyl; heterocycloalkyl is selected from 5-, 6- or 7-membered saturated cycle containing a nitrogen atom; and also to the preparation method and to the therapeutic uses of said compounds. |
