PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermochromism writing utensil in which a friction body is hardly detached when using the friction body fixed to a clip.SOLUTION: On the outer peripheral surface of an enclosure 3 composing the thermochromism writing utensil, is provided a clip 6 that extends in a longitudinal direction. To the clip 6 is fixed a friction body 7 having a rubber-like elasticity that frictions handwriting of thermochromism ink and allows the handwriting of the thermochromism ink to be thermally discolored by friction heat generated when frictioning the handwriting. The friction body 7 has a friction portion 7A that frictions the handwriting of the thermochromism ink raised further outward than the clip surface 6A and rear surfaces 7B and 7C that protrude further outward than the rear surface 6B of the clip, where at least one part of the rear surfaces is positioned between the clip 6 and the enclosure 3, and the clip 6 is held by the friction portion 7A and the rear surface 7B. |
