PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that suppresses absorption of moisture.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development includes: toner base particles containing a polyester resin and a vinyl resin, the polyester resin having a density on the surface of particles higher than a density inside the particles, and including no coating layer; and sol-gel silica having the average circularity of 0.75 or more and 0.9 or less on the surface of the toner base particles.
