PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a tape to be wound around a wire of an induction heating coil pressure molded by being wound around a winding shaft while keeping the shape of the wire.SOLUTION: An induction heating coil manufacturing device includes: a first form 510 supporting a wire wound around a winding shaft on an axial one end, and having a notch 520 formed from an outer periphery to an inner periphery of the wire; a second form 540 burying the notch 520; a third form 570 pressure molding the wire while putting the wire between the first form 510 and the second form 540; and a tape winding device winding a tape around the wire using the notch 520 after retreating the second form 540 and the third form 570 from the first form 510 in a state of supporting the pressure-molded wire.
