The present invention relates to a device for agitating and molding livestock excrement. The present invention provides a device for agitating and molding livestock excrement, the device comprising: a casing that stores livestock excrement supplied through a supply hopper and decreases the water content in the livestock excrement to 50-55% by agitating and fermenting the livestock excrement; an impeller that is formed at the top of the casing and coupled with multiple blades in order to primarily agitate and ferment the supplied livestock excrement; a fermenting screw that is formed at the bottom of the casing in order to secondarily agitate and ferment the livestock; a molding device that is formed at the bottom of the casing and extrudes and molds the secondarily agitated and ferment livestock excrement; a transferring screw that is formed in the molding device in order to extrude the agitated and fermented livestock excrement and transfer the same to a cutting device; an electric power supply device that is connected with the impeller, fermenting screw, and transferring screw, respectively through a chain coupling in order to supply electric power for operation; a cutting device that cuts a solid fuel (livestock excrement) that is extruded and molded by means of the molding device into charcoal-shaped livestock solid fuel pieces by using a cutting unit; and a base plate that includes a motor frame having the electric power supply device installed therein, support frames for supporting the casing, and a middle frame that is formed between the support frames in order to support the bottom thereof. According to the present invention, livestock excrement such as cow excrement is recycled as fuel, manure, and cow shed material, thereby rationally dealing with environmentally-friendly livestock business guidelines. Accordingly, the cost expended to treat manure in livestock farms is reduced so that the lack of farmland caused by seasonal conditions in livestock farms can be solved. |
