PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a fixing structure for fixing an electronic apparatus, capable of fixing to a planar member by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A fixing structure for fixing an electronic apparatus (amplifier unit 1) to a planar member includes a mounting flat portion (base flat portion 61) provided in the electronic apparatus, a guide (leg 70) having a ramp (inclined plane 71) inclining for the mounting flat portion, a fixing member (fixing plate 80) having a slide part (slide surface 81) provided slidably along the ramp, and an operation member (bolt 50) for fastening the planar member between the fixing member and the mounting flat portion, by sliding the slide part along the ramp so that the fixing member moves toward the mounting flat portion. |
