PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading rack fixing jig and a loading rack enabling a user to check whether a loading object is fixed with predetermined fixing strength.SOLUTION: A loading rack fixing jig 40 includes: an abutting portion 44 abutting on a panel 30; a shaft portion 41 coupled to a guide portion 23 provided on a loading rack 1; an elastic member 46 having elasticity in a longitudinal direction of the shaft portion 41; a container body 45 for storing the elastic member 46; and a display portion 47 moving with the expansion/contraction of the elastic member 46. The shaft portion 41 is coupled to the guide portion 23 in a state in which the amount of protrusion from the guide portion 23 to the abutting portion 44 side is changeable. The container body 45 exposes the display portion 47 from the outside of the container body 45 when the total length of the elastic member 46 is predetermined length or more, and conceals the display portion 47 by an outer wall surface of the container body 45 when the total length of the elastic member 46 is less than the predetermined length.
