PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide environment for more flexibly adding/changing system configurations.SOLUTION: There is provided a control apparatus which is communicably connected with one or more slave units 54-1, 54-2 each of which operates according to given setting information via a bus, and functions as a master unit 52. The control apparatus includes: storage means D20 for storing configuration information including setting information D24 and identification information D22 for identifying the respective slave units for every slave unit. The setting information includes: information showing identification information in the bus of a corresponding slave unit. The control apparatus includes: collation means (1), (3) for acquiring an actual machine value identification information from the slave unit, and collating identification information included in the configuration information with the acquired actual machine value of the identification information; and setting means (2), (4) for giving setting information corresponding to configuration information including identification information matched to the acquired actual machine value of the identification information to the slave unit from which the actual machine value of the identification information is acquired. |
