<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic safety elevator which requires no dedicated hardware, has simple and high availability and reduces software processing load.SOLUTION: An electronic safety elevator includes a rotary encoder 38 outputting pulse signals linked with the movement of the car as encoder signals and an electronic safety controller 42 determining an anomaly after input of the encoder signals into each of a first CPU and a second CPU by calculating the speed and position data for the car and comparing individual calculation results mutually. The speed and position data for the car processed arithmetically at two or more periods are compared between the first CPU and the second CPU through serial communications, and an anomaly is determined when the speed and position data are out of predetermined allowances.</p> |
