<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cage smoothly rotate by avoiding slide movement between burrs of an extrusion pin of the resin-made cage of a thrust rolling bearing and a lathe, and to suppress an increase of noise and the deterioration of efficiency.SOLUTION: In this hermetic compressor, traces of the circular extrusion pin arranged at the cage 168 of the thrust rolling bearing 176 arranged at a shaft 118 of a compression element are located within groove widths of grooved raceway rings 179 of an upper lathe 164 and a lower lathe 170 which contact with upper and lower faces of the cage. By this, the burrs of pin traces do no contact with end faces of the upper and lower lathes, the cage is smoothly rotated, and the increase of the noise of the hermetic compressor and the deterioration of the efficiency can be suppressed.</p> |
