The data-transmit-receiving apparatus and method are provided to safely transmit secure data by applying the discrete DRM(Digital Rights Management). Contents/data is encoded based on the identity information(Identity Key) of the transmission side(S601). The transmission side transmits descriptive data of file and/or the transmission side general information with the receiving side(S602). The presence of the identity information(Identity Key) is determined in the receiving side by using the transmission side general information. The receiving side requests data transmission to the transmission side(S604). The transmission side transmits data with the receiving side (S605). The received data is the decoding(S607,S608). The receiving side requests the identity information as the transmission side(S609). According the transmission state of the requested identity information, the certification failure message is transmitted in the receiving side(S617). According to the identity information request of the receiving side, the transmission side transmits the identity information of the transmission side(S611). The transmission side transmits data with the receiving side (S612). The transmitted data is stored (S613). The received data is the decoding (S614,S615). The identity information of the received transmission side is stored in the memory unit of the receiving side (S616). |
