The valve has a case (10) that is formed so as to present a trench (12) defining a channel receiving a flexible tube (14). A cam wheel (16) is arranged to swivel on the case, where the wheel is driven by a stepper motor (20). The wheel is positioned and is dimensioned to turn between an angular position in which the wheel does not penetrate the channel so as to not to grip the tube, and another angular position in which the wheel penetrates in the channel to grip the tube. A reduced friction element (22) is assembled jointly with the case and is intercalated between the wheel and the tube.
