PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a donation acceptance server capable of accepting a donation on a photographing device for, for example, an identification photograph which is installed on a street.SOLUTION: A donation acceptance server 3 is configured to: cause a display operation unit 205 of a photographing device 2 to display a donation acceptance screen to accept a donation; receive digital money as a donation by a cash accounting unit 201 of the photographing device 2 or an IC card reader/writer 203; create an image by synthesizing an image photographed by an imaging device 204 of the photographing device 2, a restricted frame of a donation destination, and a message; and cause a printer 209 of the photographing device 2 to perform printing. The message, name, and synthesized image are transmitted to a donation destination server 4 with an approval of a donating person. Information on the donation destination and the donation is stored in a storage unit 32, and tallied at predetermined intervals to transmit to the donation destination server 4.
