The device directly winds yarn from yarn winding cone and twists yarn without preparing a step of winding yarn after inserting a bobbin to the spindle before twisting yarn. The device comprises twisting means having a guide induction tube (5) and a bearing at the center of first, second, third gears (1)(2)(3), bent support bar (6) provided with a roller (7); driving means having driving shaft (9) in the center of driving gear (8) engaged with the gears (1)(2)(3) and connected with the shaft of driving motor via a belt; support shaft (10), support plate (11) having vent hole (15) and subsidiary support plate (12) for supporting and fixing the twisting means and the driving means.
