PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film having a hard coat layer, which eliminates interferential irregularity and has good adhesiveness between layers.SOLUTION: The laminate film comprises a polyester film, a polymer layer and a hard coat layer, successively laminated. The polyester film has a surface modified layer with a non-crystalline degree (noncrystalline degree/crystalline degree) of 5% or more on a surface side where the polymer layer is laminated. The surface modified layer has a thickness corresponding to a depth within a range of 40 to 330 nm from the surface of the polyester film. The polymer layer includes particles, while the hard coat layer includes a hydrolysis condensate of an alkoxysilane.
