PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which has excellent reliability while achieving downsizing and height reduction, and to provide an electronic apparatus and a mobile object which include the electronic device and achieve excellent reliability.SOLUTION: An electronic device 100 of the invention comprises: an electronic component; a base 120 having a recessed part where the electronic component is housed; and a lid 130 which is joined to the base 120 and covers the recessed part. The lid 130 forms a shape, which includes a pair of first sides 131a, 131b which extends along a first direction and a pair of second sides 131c, 131d which extends along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, in a plane view. In an outer peripheral part of the lid 130, thick parts 133, 134, 135, 136 which are thicker than a center part 137 and corner parts 132a, 132b, 132c, 132d of the lid 130 are provided along the first sides 131a, 131b and the second sides 131c, 131d. |
