PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection instrument for an exhalation component measurement device which supplies the inside of the exhalation component measurement device with air containing alcohol at an appropriate concentration at a low price.SOLUTION: An exhalation component measurement device comprises an introduction hole into which exhalation of a subject flows, and a sensor which measures the alcohol concentration contained in the exhalation. An inspection tool comprises a contact surface which contacts with the exhalation component measurement device and a space which is formed so as to connect to the introduction hole of the exhalation component measurement device and is used for supplying the sensor with air containing alcohol via the introduction hole. The space includes an inlet for letting the air containing alcohol flow into the space. The inlet is arranged at the farthest from the contact surface in the space and on a straight line extending from the introduction hole of the exhalation component measurement device, includes a circular cross section, has 0.05 mm to 2 mm in diameter, and has a length of 1 mm to 30 mm from the inlet to the introduction hole of the exhalation component measurement device.
